I have visited more than 5 times But whenever I visited The food which I ordered was hot and fresh food even though if it's crowd also they took very less time to deliver the food and the restaurant cleaning was really awesome. The staff was neatly groomed and friendly team. This is one of my fav place to visit with my family, friends. Its very affordable price to buy a good and tasty food. Love it. 😋 Friends this is the best place to visit to have a tasty & good food.

Such a great place with the amazing ambiance, i went with my friend and we enjoy a lot ,🍴chicken tikka burgers was soo yummy 🤤 🤩 with the cheese fries , shake was delicious 😋 .experience is awesome 👏. Thanks ☺️ burger 🍔 king to making us the day happy very happy 😊…..

Lavanya the Shift Manager walked us through the safety measures taken by the brand and the store at Orion Mall was very impressive and instills confidence to dine at the restaurant. A job very well done. Please give her a pat and a raise to bring the customer back to dine with you.

Orion Mall, Bangalore, India. Very poor customer interaction at the sale counter. People are rude and don’t want to entertain customers. They don’t know about the product difference displayed just back their head. On the other hand, Ms Sumi Giri was very sweet and helpful. other staff members should learn from her how to attend to a customer.

This has been my worst Burger King experience till date. The female staff (Ms. Ashwini) was so rude, and I never understood why was the lady being so tough for no reason at all. You can't be rude when you're in the hospitality field, unless ofcourse the customers try misbehaving in any way, then it's just to be stern. The attack by Ms. Ashwini felt very personal. My issue was finally resolved in a very amicable way by a gentleman, fellow staff, who tried being very cooperative. It's sad to see a franchise like BK hiring such under skilled staff who lack basic manners. Please train your staff well and hire better people.

Guys please don't order food from Burger King whenever I order and consume the Veg burger and the cheese fries I end up having a loose motion, its a very serious comment. I really don't understand what they put in the food such that the body rejects the food automatically everytime I eat it! Please be safe guys... Taste is for two seconds but health is important in the long run! Please be safe guys... Taste is for two seconds but health is important in the long run!

I asked ice cream (of my combo order) almost 4 times. But still had to wait. My food was already finished but had to wait almost for 15 to 30 mins for my ice cream. And when I went for one last time they had forgot to serve it to us even after 4 reminders.

Ordered a burger and saucy fries. Burger was fine but the quality of cheese in saucy fries was bad. Upon raising the concern, a female staff member mocked us with other staff. Absolutely disappointed with quality and the behavior of the staff.
