Everything is ok, except halal because the world serves halal food for muslims in all over standard and fine dining restaurants. why not in burger king and even staffs doesn't know about what is halal. its not them fault its management fault because they supposed to inform to them train to them. in earlier i use to work in McDonald's fort Mumbai, we use to trained whole day from our TL. ok no issues this is not your mistakes this is the burger king Indian management fault. please make sure inform your islamic guest that you people are not halal.

do not order from them... whenever u order a large quantity order these people do not send the whole order... and later do not respond to the zomato chatbot so you will not even receive the refund
