Employee don't no to talk kannada and they are playing almost telugu songs so please Play some kannada songs , we should talk in English only not all peoples no English so train them kannada or set the kannada people to billing, and in crispy burger patty is not crispy and employe is asking to review, only that person is talking in kannada ,and except this all is good floor cleanness good and even in cafe and near ice cream parlour employees don't now to talk kannada,So it's not only my request it's from all 🙏Thank you 🙏

Very good place to eat fast food. The ambience is brilliant the lightings are really good plus the burgers here are delicious.

It has been a month since I’ve been trying to contact Ms. Chandana, who works at Gopalan Arcade. She had assured me that the refund would be processed within a week, but I have not received it to date. Moreover, she has been unresponsive and has ended calls abruptly, even speaking disrespectfully. I request you to take strict action regarding this unprofessional behavior and resolve the refund issue at the earliest.
