I visited By2 for its temple meal or banana leaf meal on a Saturday afternoon. They have two floors with a seating arrangement on the first floor where they serve their temple meals. At first the approach to the first floor seemed a little dirty but I thinking again it may have just been the the dim lighting and the ash coloured floor. The first floor is pretty clean and every table is cleaned after the diners finish their meal at the table. The set up for the temple meal reminded me of how food (not buffet) is served during pujas and weddings. After you are presented with the banana leaf and a bottle of picked drinking water, one by one you are served with the different food items in decent quantities. Though the quantity of each food item is less the combined calories count of the complete meal is high enough for you to leave with a very full belly. I am not acquainted much with the food so I can’t individually name all the food items. But they do serve poriyal with some pulao, pongal, payasam, pooris, sambar rice, and curd rice among other things, and the meal ends with a paan. As I didn’t now what all items were there I had to keep asking the server if there was more food coming to know when it was ending. Just know that curd rice is the last main food them serve before the paan. There is no batch system and one can sit wherever and whenever a seat is available. Total price of the meal for me was INR 160 as I visited on a Saturday. I was told the price of the temple meal is INR 140 for weekdays. The meal was good and well filing. Definitely a 4/5. Will recommend for experiencing it at least once.

The breakfast fare here is splendid, and definitely a league above the hyped spots. And not just that - been consistent over the years. Must haves: Benne Masala Dosé, Chow chow bath, and definitely the coffee! ❤️

Very misleading they have shown sambar in there photographs so placed an order with a request asking them to send extra sambar so they knew that I wanted sambar with these order but still they accepted the order but for my surprise when I received the order I found out there was no sambar called the restaurant and enquired about they same but they revealed that they don’t make sambar at all I asked them then why do you have photos with sambar she said it was mistake and some hade uploaded the photo with there knowledge can you imagine what lies .

Employee ruining the name, had a bitter experience today, the employee Mr Nagaraj, photo posted below was cribbing about giving chutney for the second time and cursing the employers for not making the chutney spicy and asking his colleague to make it spicy himself so that people don't ask for chutney again. This was entirely told in front of a lady customer

guys for Rs 50 is this worth it... they r misleading people.. even any dip and sauce u get it more quantity... new cost cutting strategy. huh
