When I placed the order, I checked if the food was spicy or not. If it's a spicy dish, usually it's mentioned by a red chilli symbol next to the dish name. There was no mention of that in garlic masala idli, so I ordered for a kid. Turns out extremely spicy even for grown ups. My tongue has lingering tingling sensation after having just two of them, can't imagine how a kid will eat that! I tried to tone down the heat by adding ghee, but it's still so much hot. From a cafe like yours, expected atleast the basic mention of whether a dish is hot or not (just by symbol), which even basic joints mention. Feeling so bad that the kid will reman hungry for such a long time. Secondly, too much ghee in everything. If someone orders something healthy like multigrain dosa, and u put so much ghee, then what's the point of trying to eat healthy when it's already unhealthy with fully soaked in ghee. Or else, your place serves tasty food. But I am so sad that my kid will remain hungry today as she cant eat your spicy idly. Do better next.

Ordered food from here. The quantity of chutney and sambar provided is so negligible it won’t be sufficient even for a kid.

The staff here including the person at the billing counter will only respect you if you speak Hindi. The moment you speak in kannada they don't respond at all and you're frowned upon. These guys are so rude towards people who speak in kannada. Extremely rude service. There were two other guys who spoke in Hindi right next to me, they were not only treated right but also responded promptly and importantly, humbly. I don't understand the attitude of these guys. Why treat localities so rudely, while the staff are also localities. Plus these guys are such Chauvinists. They are more rude when you're a women

They accept zomato order and then delay the prep. the Zomato delivery agent was waiting for 45 mins and they speak rudely to him. zomato customer care also not support the delivery agent. causing stress for all involved . disgusted with cafe amudham..they shouldn't accept if the crowd issue too much.Horrible

Very pathetic customer service. Used zomato pay to pay the bill and reception cashier denied receiving the money and rudely asked to pay again. I had to pay again in cash and raise it to zomato. Matter took long time to get resolved. Received my money back but with a lot of headache.

Dosa served today was horrible and the dosa master threw almost 5 dosas as it was sticking and could not be removed from the tava before we got our dosa after almost 25 minutes delay

Got food poisoning after consuming food. The package was full dirty. The dahi wada was sour no taste and felt weird while having. Consuming little it self gave food poisoning

aamras puri - we left it at is, aamras was mango pulp, poori was the one you have with aloo subzi aamras pheni - terrible, less said the better

Impolite staff and got food very late. Suggestion - Go to any amudham not the Koramangala one .
