This is hands down the most pathetic and disgusting Azure branch I’ve ever seen. The place is filthy, crawling with thousands of mosquitoes like a breeding ground, not a café. Absolutely shameless hygiene standards. There was ONE helpless staff member running a café across TWO floors...pure incompetence and cheap management. On top of that, one french fries and a hot chocolate took 45 bloody minutes. This place is a joke, completely mismanaged, lazy, and disrespectful to customers. If you value your time, money, or basic cleanliness, stay the hell away.

The cafe is indeed instagrammable themed but food is average. The staff was lost in their own thoughts we ordered for bruschetta and pizza and they made us wait for 45 mins for our order. When we were done with the coffee. No acknowledgment what so ever. So if you have and feel like waiting so long for food, pls go or else i don’t recommend. Pls change your staff as they are slow like a turtle
