Beautiful cafe, amazing food & service!! Must visit as greenage resident or if you are from outside. Recommended food: iced matcha latte, tea, coffee, veg burger, aglio olio, bombay sandwich, watermelon mojito

Hi Baha Team, This café is located within my society, Greenage, and having a café so close is definitely a plus. However, the service quality needs significant improvement. It’s been over a year, and despite sharing feedback earlier on Google, there hasn’t been any noticeable action taken. I’d like to request the café owners to please look into the following: - Service needs major improvement - Despite having around 7 waiters, I still have to walk up to the counter for even basic things like water. The staff often seem distracted, either on their phones or disengaged. - Lack of basic service etiquette - I’m a regular customer at Baha, yet there’s no recognition or standard service courtesy. Charging a service fee under these conditions feels unjustified. - Ambience disruption – There are often kids who come in just to play and make noise without ordering anything. If that’s acceptable, then by that logic, even someone working from the café without ordering should be fine. This impacts the overall experience. - Slow service for simple food. The food is quite basic, yet preparation takes longer than expected. I’ve gotten used to it, but it’s still worth noting. - Limited menu – The variety offered is quite restricted for a café setup. - Poor cooling – With Bangalore’s summer, having just two small AC units for the entire café is not sufficient. Most of the time, we have to rely on fans and sit close to them. Pros: Great coffee Value for money Excellent location (within the society) Staff are polite and humble, even if not very efficient I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the experience. I am a resident of Slarpuria Greenage, had the most horrible experience of getting to experience dining at this joke of a cafe, ordered cold coffee, banana french toast nutella and pasta, after waiting half n hour cold coffee arrived and then further waiting and waiting..... no response from staff, kitchen staff as no coordination of whatsoever. One hour of waiting still no food has arrived. Went to cancel the order at the front desk where the staff had no courteousness nor any apology. Will never go back and would not recommend to anyone.
