The most unprofessional staff i have ever seen. They are more like rowdies than being respectful to the customers who come in. No accountability for the errors they make and instead would always fight with the customers for no reason at all. The most unhygienic and dirtiest bathroom I have ever trued to use. And if trying to inform them about the bathroom being dirty, they will argue and blame the customer instead. The manager Akhila and a staff member Mayur are the worst kind of staff members I have ever faced that try to serve their customers. Basic decency goes a long way, but unfortunately, when illiterate people are hired for such jobs, a cafe cannot survive. Also, they will pester the customers to give fake reviews about the cafe and staff.

I had high regards for CCD brand but this outlet has disappointed me for the second time in 2 months. Please be alert and check your bills thoroughly if you visit this outlet. They add extra items in the bill without taking concern of the customer. When asked, they say 'Its complementary' and yet they charge you for it. We ordered a cappuccino and a green tea but they added 2 cookies to the bill without asking me and have billed me for the same. See the attached pic for the proof. They did return me Rs.30 by cash but if people do not check their bills, they may actually think it was complementary and get cheated at this outlet.

The staff is unfriendly and really slow. If we ask for an order, the staff does not respond; they do not take the order and tell us to wait while we do something, and they never return to ask again. Nothing works in terms of payment, and the staff is quite lazy. very much disappointed

Cheaters!! Ordered dark frappe got a plain cold coffee & they asked to pay extra! Proof is the bills they took to cover the amount. Frauds! Pakka frauds!! Beware of these scammers
