it's an Experience you need to Experience :) The food especially is great, the non veg too. The Cold drinks are their in-house specials and the coffee is value for money. The Music and the mini library adds to Cafe Plumes charm coupled with the staff and Owners :) c'est une ambiance.

We came here around 10:30am on a Sunday and we were so blown away by their desserts display, everything looked so so pretty. The decor and ambience is really pretty as well. We ordered their zucchini quiche, strawberry & coconut tart alongwith their cappuccino. The coffee was lovely, the tart was absolutely to die for. The quiche was okay as well. a definite must try place!

it's a cute little place, small place for quick hangouts, but the cold coffee can really be better, it was watery with hardly taste of coffee. Ambience was good!

I went to Café Plume for a quiet evening and was excited to order the orange cinnamon iced tea that I loved before. But this time, it wasn’t iced at all—just room temperature water. Naturally, I asked for another drink but this time properly iced. But I got the same drink back. How did I know? The glass had no condensation after a few minutes. When I pointed it out, they claimed, "We always make it this way" and still put it on my bill, even though I asked them to take it back. They didn’t even try to mask the dishonesty. The place looks great, but the service? Not so cool. For a place that isn’t cheap, their service sure is.

I have been here multiple times. I ordered a cappuccino and a chocolate eclair for takeaway. On eating the eclair I realised the cream does not taste fresh and since I live nearby, I decided to go and let them know about the same. The server at the counter, didn’t pay attention and finally, when I repeated myself, she looked and immediately declined without making any checks, and stating that a customer just purchased and consumed the eclair, so the product is fine. I understand your confidence in the products you sell but to be so dismissive of a complaint is something I was not expecting. Nevertheless, I really like their coffee. I hope they change their behaviour towards customers.

I made a trip to the cafe after high anticipation but NEVER AGAIN. I visited twice and both times were such let downs -- the first time I ordered lemon blueberry cake which had barely any lemon in it and the buttercream was gritty; second time the lemon tea that we ordered had a 'starting to spoil' taste and the rhubarb tart was like eating straight up sugar! the cream on top was good tho so that's what we scraped up and ate. When we told the folks who worked there that the tea was tasting off, hence I couldn't drink it, they couldn't care less. They were least interested in anything to do with service and that's such a put off. Money down the drain and our mood was also soured.

Dessert is good as well as ambience, food is not that great and horrible service, staff was rude :( didn’t expect this from such a pretty place, could be improved
