From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the elegant and bright white interiors, which exuded class and sophistication. My daughter and I had a wonderful time here for lunch, and we thoroughly enjoyed their impressive 9-course tasting menu. The entire experience was truly lovely. Each dish was crafted with care  meticulously prepared, presentation was stunning, i must say. The attention to detail was impeccable. I absolutely loved the Potted Mushroom Pate, Asparagus & Corn Soup, Crusted Tofu & Dill Linguini and those desserts were so darn good. The service staff were absolutely delightful and took the time to explain each dish throughout our meal. Over all Cajsa offers a culinary journey that goes beyond a meal, carefully curating a path through global gastronomic heritage. It's a must-visit destination for those who appreciate innovative cuisine served in an elegant yet comforting atmosphere.

ITC gardenia - CAJSA offers one of the finest chef’s tasting menus in the city, with 7, 9, and 11-course options that beautifully cover starters, mains, and desserts. If you’re up for a long, indulgent food journey, go for the 9 or 11-course menu. Otherwise, the 7-course option is perfectly balanced and satisfying. Each dish is thoughtfully curated and elegantly presented. The hospitality is top-notch, and the service enhances the overall experience. The food is delicious, indulgent, and truly fulfilling — a must-visit for anyone who enjoys a refined dining experience.

A truly memorable experience. Over 4 hours, Chef Vanshita and her team took us through a gastronomy journey non pareil. Each dish displayed effort, flavour and presentation surprises and set us up in anticipation for the next. Great attentive service by Manasa and Sandhya topped the evening. Highly recommend a Cajsa dineout.

This was our first time going for a tasting menu and I absolutely loved the whole experience, from the plating to the flavours. I went here with my husband on my birthday and we’re glad we chose them for this occasion.

we had been here for my husband's birthday dinner.. we had an 11 course meal.. it was an amazing experience.. the food and service were excellent. pietrain pork and timeless duck were the best..

I love cajsa - been there 3 times. But I have one feedback - I have been there the 3 times over 2.5 years - they need to change the menu! A set course restaurant cannot have the same menu over an extended period of time!

Absolute FIASCO!! Avoid at all costs. Shame on the name of ITC brand. We pre-booked the restaurant for their 9 course menu one week in advance for a special day. We paid 7500/- upfront in advance as we were told that to reserve the seat advance payment has to be done. After all that when we reached there was huge line of waiting guests, clueless hosts and after navigating for 30 minutes and escalating it to the manager, we were told there has been some “ ISSUE” and there is a waiting line and we have to give our name and we will get seated after 30-40 mins. Imagine paying upfront 7500/- to realise we have to wait one hour more to get seated. The management is absolutely pathetic of this restaurant. ITC should take not and take action. The people who finished the food were complaining about poor quality and extremely pathetically slow service. Never in my life had I thought of this experience from ITC. Special mention to Abhimanyu the manager who couldn’t do anything was standing there just helpless. Lack of experience was clearly visible. Never ever coming back.
