Big fan of this place. We don't order from anywhere else for any celebration. The choco delite, choco walnut, truffle, pineapple, butterscotch and black forest are all epic. Don't ever order their litchee rose cake though. It's absolute rubbish. Like, really bad. And it costs the same as their good cakes. It's bitter and the cake feels like it's bought from some local bakery, that too at 750 bucks for half a kilo. Fix that cake guys. I made the mistake of ordering it today. It's a disaster.

Nice pastries and snacks around. Spacious with courteous staff. Variety of options with good taste. Only thing what bothered is GST which was 18% which is understood if they are only selling pastries but with restaurant in place it could have been 5%

I ordered an eggless choco mocha cake for my mother's birthday. While the flavour was good, the cake was completely dry. I'm aware that sugar syrup is poured onto the cake for it to be soft and moist, yet not a single drop of it was poured into the cake. I might have placed the order at a short notice (one hour early, which they agreed to as well), but I was in no hurry to pick up a dry cake. I wouldn't mind waiting for another 10 minutes for a moist cake. With all the good reviews online, I expected a better cake from the place, especially for the price that was paying. Rs. 800 for half a kg is a lot of money.

Ordered their bread via Dunzo today and they have sent me spoilt bread, it has mould on it and also they have very smartly removed the sticker which is usually on their packaging (which mentions the date of manufacture and expiry) I used to like their breads but if this is the kind of tricks they want to play with home delivery orders, then we need to stop ordering from them.

i ordered for a blue berry cheese cake which costed me around 1650. The cheese cake was layered with normal cream instead of cheese cream. It was a big disappointment for the price we paid and the quality we received. We literally had to throw the cake as it was full of only white cream. I felt like being cheated by them.

Rude staff. Specially a staff named Venkat. The staff is least bothered about customer's requirement. They don't bother to listen. Good cake but very poor service.. PS : poor is the nicest word I could think of considering Zomato review guidelines.

Cake is very overrated...Taste is not good...Not juicy....Go for occasions...truffles or cakewala🙂🚶‍➡️
