One of the best places in Bangalore to have Kolkata style biriyani. I have ordered from this place many times to treat my guests to yummy biriyani, kebabs or fries and everyone was mighty impressed with the taste and portion. Packaging is also really good for home deliveries. I definitely recommend this place.

However, when I contacted them asking for the reason, they stated that they pay more from their pocket when we order from a distant location. Upon checking on Porter, I found out that there also it's showing the same amount that is Rs490. So this means they are not paying anything from their pocket. And when I cross-questioned them, one man called that what I am seeing in the porter app is the consumer amount. However, as per my knowledge, porter never asks if I am consumer or a retailer and when I asked the man to share the proof of the amount that he will be paying as delivery fee, he failed to show the proof. Not sure why in the heart of Bengaluru, people are running their business with such an unethical mind. Do they think that the customers are stupid and brainless ?

Shocking Experience with Calcutta Biryani Club This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a restaurant. Despite charging a high delivery fee, the packaging was so poor that the food had spilled even before it reached me. For that kind of charge, the quality of delivery should at least meet basic standards. When I contacted the restaurant to report the issue, instead of offering support or an apology, two staff members—Ruchira and Sourav—were extremely rude and even threatened me. The complete lack of accountability and basic customer service is appalling.
