someone who eats at California Burrito regularly, I can genuinely say this place is more than just a restaurant—it’s a warm, welcoming space that feels like a second home. Every visit is met with smiles, consistency, and a level of care that’s rare to find these days. The Fajita Veggies Burrito Bowl with guacamole is my absolute go-to. Fresh, flavourful, and deeply satisfying—it never disappoints. But what really sets this place apart is the people. Mr. Bishnu, the manager, leads with warmth and professionalism, and you can see that reflected in the whole team. He always takes the time to make sure every customer is happy with their food. Kaleba and Reshav, who often craft my bowls, do so with such attention and care, it’s genuinely appreciated every time. And though we don’t see the back kitchen much, I have to give a special mention to Barnabas, whose behind-the-scenes work clearly brings everything together with delicious precision. Rohit who was previously here, was an equally important part of this experience. The hygiene is spotless, the service is prompt, and the friendliness is unmatched. It’s not just about the food here—it’s about the people and the energy they bring. They treat you like family, not just a customer, and that’s what keeps me coming back again and again. Thank you to the whole California Burrito team for always making my meals—and my days—a little brighter.

don't charge for jalapeno peppers if you don't want to add them to the rice bowl. please take it off the menu or don't charge for it. the sauce bottles are so dirty, gooey and sticky like they have never been washed like forever. staff needs to be more professional and communicate more. you can't make me wait if the Zomato payment is not coming up on your TIL despite showing my transaction history again and again. just pathetic

don't charge for jalapeno peppers if you don't want to add. the only place I liked after Chipotle and burrito boy. Although having its own odds and when California Burrito is working hard bringing in affordable Mexican food the staff should stick with the menu it's the least they can do. I'll be extra careful next time at the Jayanagar outlet

The experience has just dropped throughout and especially this outlet. Staff don’t communicate properly at any point. I had to remake the order 3 times and yet the order was not how I wanted it to be. Customers want to eat chicken not flour
