had one of the best day at candles, such good music thè last time we come 4 months back it was extremely bad but now trust mé its thé best, and yes we had Ashish serving us he was so welcoming and helped us alot to select thé best dishes, if you visit do ask Ashish

Food and drinks were very good. Indulekha did great by suggesting food and drinks, and attending to us. Music was not loud so we could hear each other talk and have good conversations

1. Main course came before starters, asked to bring the starters first and once done with starters, it need to be main course. 2. After finishing the starters, asked for main course, they got the same thing which was brought in the beginning, it was cold and dry. 3. We requested the service charge to be removed as I usually prefer to pay tips separately if I'm happy with their service and also asked them to apply corporate discount. 4. The manager Mr. Pratimesh Sharma said as per higher management policy, if corporate discount is given then service charge will be applicable... 5. when I mentioned service charge is oprional and upto customer's discretion and has no connection between corporate discount and service charge, they refused and insisted as per higher management policy, service charge is applicable if corporate discount is applied. 6.Since they insisted on policy, I requested for the policy to be shown and I will pay full bill and leave but Mr. Sharma said he can't give the policy and insisted on paying service charge. Customers don't survive or make their living by eating in restaurants/hotels, The restaurants and hotels survive and make their living because of customers, so learn to give right service and do not cheat or mislead the customers.

On top of service being horribly slow inaccurate labelling on their digital menu led us being served a non veg pizza while expecting a veg. It would have been a huge problem if one of my veg friends had it unknowingly. The server's attitude was way too casual about this. The managar made the things right and got us another veg pizza on the house. Not particularly inpressed by their food. the drinks were fine for the price and the rooftop in certain sections is the onky outstanding part about this place.

Poor service.. very difficult to get waiter’s attention on terrace section..avoid as they dont bother to see if someone is calling them. Floor manager himself thinks he is too busy to respond while customers keep calling/waving their hand for their attention. They focus on one side with 5 tables out of 15 and thats it
