drinks were great, food was also delicious although service felt little slow considering very less customers seated at that time. ambience is okayish, no live music. Staff didn't allow paying through Swiggy dineout making me lose on discount. why to enlist on dineout/district if you're not going to accept payment through online channels?

Scam Alert Alert Alert! I want to bring to your attention a serious scam that is currently happening in CatchUp Club, Brew House, and Rooftop in HSR Layout, Bangalore. This incident recently happened to my Brother last week, so I’m putting this out to ensure no one else falls victim. Every day there is atleast one person who is getting scanmed at this venue. Here’s how the scam works: You meet a girl online through a dating platform. She confidently selects the venue and insists on meeting at CatchUp Club, Brew House, Rooftop (HSR). The moment you arrive, she orders the most expensive drink (120 ml) without even looking at the menu. She then orders several snacks that she won’t even touch. By the end of the evening, the bill shoots up to ₹50,000+. But what makes this scam dangerous is what happens next: You cannot escape. The staff lock the main door using chains and rods until you pay. The staff snatch your phone, check your UPI balances, and ensure you cannot call the police. There are 3–4 women hired by the club as part of this gang. If you try to negotiate the bill or make any call, they follow you closely, harass you, and intimidate you. This is a fully orchestrated and well known scam involving both the staff and the women. Important Points to Remember: ⚠️ If someone from a dating app insists on meeting at these places—avoid it completely. ⚠️ If you ever feel trapped, don’t hesitate—call the police immediately. ⚠️ These places are running a well-coordinated scam, not random incidents. ⚠️ Do not let anyone take your phone or check your UPI apps. Please stay alert and share this with others so no one else gets trapped in this kind of situation. Stay safe.

Extremely unprofessional experience. We created content and hosted an event at this venue, and payments have been pending for over 7 months. No response to calls or messages, and communication has been completely ignored. Would not recommend working with them. Never visit this place they are scam customers too!!
