Brilliant service and helpful staff. Tea is great with customisable options of your liking. Shantha was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely visit again.

Go to place for tea always with good snacks. Best thing about Chaayos is the customisable tea options in black / milk tea. Also, hospitable staff.

They neither have hard copy of menu nor any QR code for menu. U need to stand at delivery desk and see the menu.

bad service. ordered chai sulemani, gave lemon tea without lemon and sugar. no spoon or any cutlery provided with food item. do not clean table after one leaves

Most horrible experience at Chaayos ever at RMZ Ecoworld . Horrible staff, especially Shankar, very rude behaviour and took 40 minutes to serve tea. All the food was served before and by the time tea came the food was over . Poha was served half cooked, and all watery. Terrible experience

Very bad tea and even worse service. All tables were dirty with tea spilled on it and no one cleaned. Tea tastes like sugar and water
