Love this place for tea, you will get best tea in hsr, served from the best staff of hsr chaayos team 😋 especially i liked mallikarjun service from here. I can say, if someone wants to have some good tea and relax, they can surely checkout this place:).

I have been here(near McDonald's outlet) twice in the last 2 weeks and it's 1.7kms away from another Chaayos which's also in HSR Layout. The service here is good and I like their Kala Chana Chaat, Filter Coffee & Rooibos tea. They also have good offers on their app.

Apart from the colourful, bright ambiance there’s nothing that’s worth mentioning, especially the Chai(tea)! Had to literally struggle to figure out - among the thousand variety of teas mentioned which one is the most-loved-Indian-adrakwaliChai? Tried both Kullhad tea, which was not even hot and staff-suggested-gingerTea, which was flavourless. What’s the point of having so many types of tea!! On the snacks side they have quite many options, tried Samosha chat, it was delicious and Barish Pakoda, which was not so great. If quality Tea is the priority, avoid wasting money here.

So I went afternoon 1st jan to chaayos & was looking at options & asked the server at counter there about dhokla chat & she literally said in the most disgusting way that its north indian thing & I don’t know anything about it! I was shocked at the reply & i told her first of all, dhokla was from west india & not north & ur knowledge of India is pretty low. She was unconcerned & wanted to know rest of the order only. I mean, what kind of hatred filled people are u guys hiring at chaayos. And if she has so much problem with north India, maybe not work at a delhi-based chain itself. I had already ordered paneer tikka roll & chai so giving 2 stars for that quality. But for the server, I would probably give negative rating. If u are working anywhere in hospitality, maybe have better manners & better knowledge both of the food u are serving & also geography of the country u live in! Pathetic really! Not coming back for sure!

Unnecessarily expensive. I have heard so much about Chaayos. So was very excited to find one at HSR Layout sector 1., near my house. We ordered for Ginger tea, Kesar chai, chicken puff and keema paw. When it arrived, we were so disappointed by the quality and quantity. One regular Ginger tea for 129/-. Kesar chai was so sweet. No flavor of Kesar. Keema paw was not sufficient compared to the price. At least you should serve two. I am never going back to Chaayos. Would rather go to Chai Point Or any other place that does justice to the price they ask.

ordered for a samosa chaat where the chaat had a soggy samosa. I could have enjoyed better chaats on the streets. as far as your actual competency is concerned. Chai was average. Nothing great guys. Work on experience and service delivery.

Worst service standards. An overstaffed store of 9 people with no work to do! Delayed service ! Non attentive staff, busy in their own internal shenanigans!
