Tea is simple very good hear.. we just go there on weekends mid journey and have a cupof tea and snacks leave.. Samosas , idlis, button idlis .. everything is top quality and very tasty.

Extremely rude ‘ n high handed ‘ unprofessional behaviour ! Ordered a paav bhaji , bhaji was good I must say . I just got up to order an extra pav and a cup of tea and came back to realise they had cleared the bhaji , which was not even half finished… when I complained they literally threw back the refund of my extra pav on my face and blamed me for leaving my table too soon and seemed quite unhappy with me for no fault of mine. Now tell me where is the “relax “ that they promise and where is the customer service!! Highly unbelievable !! these seemingly successful start ups - they scale up and then loose all sense especially the customer service part !!! Shame on you Chaos or whatever!! Remember a few months ago they used to merrily and melodically shout “ welcome to Chaos “ when one used to enter their premises - I always found it very cringy / ahh yes - pun intended!!

Image of chai and samosa chaat different from actual product. Portion was deceptive and pathetically less for 1 person. Total rip for 385 INR. Cold tea and in the name of samosa crust only. Superbly deceiving quality. Felt cheated.

I ordered food online, and the puff quality was bad. Almost no stuffing and just puff pastry. The BHEL puri was nice but the size of the lemon was like the ones we throw in garbage.
