Visited this place to drink chai (so cliché ). As usual I ordered my favourite adrak chai and mentioned to make it strong, Ekdum kadak.. After waiting for 5 minutes, I was served with a glass full of hot chai. First of all, I don’t understand why a glass and second thing is why no sugar…! The staff is really sweet and kind, they followed the instructions and prepared a soothing tea with perfect blend of milk, water and tea. The adrak flavour was prominent, it did taste great. The ambiance is really amazing with the yellow and green interiors. A soulful music in the background, which makes it a perfect place to spend some lone time or to hangout with friends. One more thing, please don’t carry your helmet along with you, there are high chances that people might mistake you as a Swiggy/Zomato delivery guy.

Chaayos is my all time fav and a go-to place for chai undoubtedly. I've been a loyal customer of this brand and none of the branches have let me down So far. I enjoyed meri wali chai with wifi and good decor.

No consistency. Rude staffer. The first order we placed they said will give at the table. The next order they kept at the counter.. dint even call out. Then we we asked the guy says it seems all staffers are busy in an empty restaurant. If you have the policy of no service..it's fine tell us at the beginning only DON'T serve first n then next say it's a no service thing

The tea was absolutely tasteless, it was an order for Kadak adrak chai and it was pale. The bun muska had little to almost no butter. It’s supposed to be dallops of butter, not a tiny spoon of butter. Very disappointed and too pricey for the quantity. Mostly the money goes into packaging.

Waited for more than 30 min for a chai and then eventually took refund . They are busy fulfilling online orders when people sre waiting for tea for more than 30 mins. They made old giy wait for hot coffee for 30 mins snd then in end gave him cold coffee. pathetic
