I tried food via delivery or dine in from most places in Jeevan Bhima Nagar but due to the reviews and the way this place looked during my multiple walks in that area, I had avoided. But once again I learnt not to go by other reviews and try myself. During one of my acute hungry times (which is most of the time), I ordered a Chinese combo from here and loved it. Freshly made and tasty. I was satiated. The main reason I ordered was because I wanted tea along with the meal. This came in a plastic cover inside the thali but was pretty good taste wise. I don't see this chinese combo in their delivery order anymore.  But they have an extensive menu with loads of bengali dishes as well so there are lot many options.

Quite an experience. Don’t go by the place but definitely try the menu. Vegetarian is very affordable. Ordered Aloo Poste and dahi baingan. Loved the Dahi Baingan with both Phulkas and jeera rice.

Food is good but packaging is not good i was ordered some bevarages were they packed on rice box which was not good instead of bevarges package

I ordered food from here on Zomato and the packing was so poor that all my food had mixed itself up before it reached me, and the bot on Zomato chat just kept repeating sentences like it was stoned. Imagine chicken fried rice mixed in gulab jamun syrup with lassi. I hope the restaurant realises it's packing food for humans and not cattle. And a Nandini milk packet put into a mixer with sugar and water is not lassi! Please take that off your menu as it is neither authentic Punjabi nor tastey but actually ended up giving me a stomach ache. The chilli chicken was good. The chicken fried rice had only scrambled eggs in it and no visible or relishable pieces of chicken.

I had ordered Kadai Paneer from here and it was horrible. The food was under-cooked, oily and over the top spicy. The masala was soaked in red color and even after washing our hands.. the color still remained. A really bad experience. AND THE WORST OF ALL WAS ZOMATO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Its been more than 12 hrs and they still haven't resolved the issue nor have i got any mail. They have no call support and the chat person was inefficient and keep repeating the same thing.  To contact the restaurant and verify about the food, you guys need 12 hrs..!  REALLY DISAPPOINTED!

I have ordered food for Shahri but they have delivered spoiled food both the Curry has spoiled and couldn't have food because of that and when I called to rise a concern they even didn't answer the call and Zomato also not responding to the Concern..

I have ordered chicken biryani and it is fully burned smell rice and that too more salty.. not even worth for money... Didn't give any gravy ... Taste is worst... Overall simply waste of money

Ordered most basic dish Dal khichadi. Only taste I could get was salt and garlic. How can somebod mess up such a simple dish. Quantity was fine,but quality was zero.

One tip for the restaurant - guys you may lower down the quantity and improve the quality. It didn't even smell like biryani. Thanks.
