This is the best spot in Sahakara nagar were they are making chicken and mutton on handi which makes the taste so perfect. And also while cooking of mutton and chicken handi they used coal which retain the taste of dishes. As i am chicken lover so usually I don’t try mutton handi, but after visiting this place my perception has changed both the chicken and mutton handi is really prepared well and also you will don’t find naan here because they served pure bihari cuisine , instead of naan you will find tawa roti which makes the best combination. After that we have try many dishes and all are so amazing. So if you wanted to try authentic handi style taste in Namma Bengaluru then this place is perfect for you.

Champaran Handi Mutton in Sahakar Nagar is basically a go-to spot if you’re craving authentic Bihari-style food. People say the mutton handi is smoky, tender, and cooked in clay pots over coal—it’s the highlight. Litti chokha feels homely and true to the roots, though chapatis sometimes get mixed reviews. Ratings sit around 3.7–4.0, with delivery often scoring better than dine-in. In simple words: good for the unique flavor, worth trying if you want something different from the usual North Indian fare.

Authentic, simple, and comforting food. Loved the slow-cooked handi dishes and soft wheat rotis. No palm oil or maida, just clean flavours and traditional cooking. You can feel the honesty in every bite. Definitely coming back

The mutton champaran was too expensive, not great pieces were provided and also it was weirdly spicy.
