My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience at Chianti, and a big part of that was thanks to Mr. Harpal. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. His recommendations were excellent, and he made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of at every step. His friendly attitude and exceptional service truly made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Mr. Harpal, for making our experience so memorable. We look forward to visiting again!

We visit here regularly but Very rude front desk staff today. If not for Harpal who saw that we were leaving, we would have never come back! Fantastic food and ambience as usual. Harpal always makes our visit comfortable and a breeze; though we have a 1 year old baby, always he ensures that we eat at peace!! Serves us fast and suggests what we can order, makes the baby feel welcome when she gets cranky etc. visit and ask for Harpal!!

Poor service, no table reserved , even though Zomato allowed the booking and also take cover charge for table reservation - hotel staff indicated complete helplessness to accommodate - tone of communication was also rude
