Had a really bad experience at Chili's. The service was not good. We had to remind the staff to provide water and brind oir food multiple times. We had to bring water jugs, glasses and plates ourselves from the service tables. We were seated outside and there was only 1 fan provided for a group of 12 people. The worst part was the food, super oily and undercooked and multiple people in the group suffered food poisoning after getting back.

Very disappointing food experience at Chili’s. The tacos were not good — the paneer was not fresh and had a pungent smell, plus the shell was not crispy at all. The rajma beans were undercooked and lacked proper seasoning. The chicken felt like plain boiled chicken with no flavor or spices. Even the chicken burger had no taste and was below expectations. Overall, the food quality and preparation were poor.
