Every ingredient went inside each dish was so perfect and good the chef as great knowledge of what the have in menu and what the crowd likes in Bangalore Service was quick and professional , the staff was so knowledgable and guided us in choosing the menu and well trained . I had a pleasant dining experience with food of the most exquisite flavours . As always Sheraton has never been disappointing. My all time favorites for years together - Chime & Feast.... Chime is a bar and lounge with never forgetting experience and lovely seating area. They’ve a nice selection of drinks and finger food. I have enjoyed my time. We had some amazing drinks and small bites. We lingered longer than we expected to. Exceptional food and service. Ambience is lit. Will be back. Special mention to the very talented Ranjit for the amazing drinks he served.

The Chime is more of a bar bite and cocktails and drinks kind of a place. Mostly the vibe is all charismatic and upscale with a pretty exquisite bar on one side. I attended the Oktoberfest here and it was a delight. The beers of Leffe and Blanc were amazing. The food from pretzels, grilled chicken were really good. The chicken sausage were also really good.

Chime is the lounge in the Sheraton that serves small plates and some great beverages to go with them. Chime is spacious, quiet and comes with great service. Though priced a bit high the food is delicious and the beers/cocktails/wines are great. It's a nice place to unwind and rejuvenate.

This place only offers small bites. Food was still fine , although quantity was less. ONE BIG drawback was , they will ask you if you have Zomato carnival or any offer. If you say YES, their drink menu is different (very very limited options)..If you order outside the limited menu, you have to pay FULL PRICE. This information is not given before you book. So if you want to use Zomato or dineout benefits, be prepared to getting very less options

Had a very disappointing experience at Chime, Sheraton Grand - Whitefield Bangalore. This restaurant/lounge has been my goto as I usually prefer quiet lounges with my spouse/kid over any of the loud pubs in the city with smoking zones etc. Have been going there for almost 5 years since this place opened up. This Friday when I went there, we were asked to leave the restaurant citing that we have a kid with us. I was very surprised because 3 of us have always been there, and enjoy an evening meal/match. I asked them why, and was told that this was the "law of the land". My only understanding was that they had a large group of "foreigners" on a couple tables. My kid also brought his small ride-on toy along with us (he insisted), and i believe it did not best suit their ambience. I asked them to show me what their rules were, and they said "excise officers" can penalise them if they visited and our kid is at restaurant. I looked up the rules and there was no mention, and restaurant did not carry any written rules to not allow kids. When we further questioned the restaurant staff - they said we can take a table at the backside of the restaurant, or at the bar by the poolside. Frankly it was clear what the agenda here was, and was highly disappointed by such a discriminatory behaviour at a 5-star hotel, because our kid + his ride-on did not suit them. It seemed like a terrible whimsical thing that they brought up. I am a Marriott global member and have never seen anything like this elsewhere. Would like to hear thoughts on what people might have on the laws of the land. I have seen parents bring kids to similar places elsewhere. This place is a non-smoking area, and I have brought kids, others have brought kids earlier here.

The drinks took like 30minutes to come, and our table had not been cleaned. We asked a waiter/manager to get it cleaned, he got a tissue paper from the adjacent table and wiped off the food stain on a corner. We had to request him again to get the whole table properly cleaned. Now coming to the food, bruschetta was okay. But the calamari, truly horrible. We kept chewing for 10minutes and could not stomach it, wasn’t even fresh. It came after 30mins and was served absolutely cold.

We have ordered Family pack Chicken spl Boneless biryani, the biryani was totally cold, very evident that they have got the previous day biryani my guess is they have heated the biryani in oven because the rice is bit warm but the chicken is very hard, I could say this branch can serve the worst sherif bhai biryani

I had a terrible experience. beverage were so disgusting that I could not finish mine. service is very slow though few people were there. food is okay but nothing outstanding for the price. I have paid 16k in total and they refused the carninal offer.

they have not accepted zomato dine in discount on total bill and asked is to clarify from zomat very bad experience.
