The quality has been declining steadily. The AC wasn’t working or deliberately switched off, no finger bowl was provided, and the washroom was unhygienic and stinking. Management needs to improve service and hygiene.

Food used to be great here. but the taste has somewhat degraded. Also there was frequent power outages and AC wasn't working well.. missed the ambience and vibe this time

Very disappointing experience. The AC wasn’t working, which made the place uncomfortable. The food was overcooked and tasted burnt. On top of that, the staff seemed uninterested and lacked basic hospitality, making no effort to ensure a good customer experience. Definitely not recommended.
