Had an amazing experience at Citrus, The Leela Palace! The à la carte ambience was elegant and perfect for a special celebration. A special thanks to Vikram, who was a true gentleman and provided outstanding service with great attention to detail. We also saved a good amount using Zomato Pay, which made the experience even better. Thank you to the team for the thoughtful birthday cake and warm hospitality—it made my birthday truly memorable. Highly recommended! 🎂✨

It was the first time we together family had 5⭐ hotel experience. More than we expected when we asked small room space for feeding 1yr baby, they took us to room without any extra charges and with good care. People over there was not commercial and took care politely. Definitely recommend others to visit Leela palace

It was so so cool. I loved the ambience and it is the best place I have ever been! I loved it❤️ Gaurav served us the best. He was kind, courteous and very joyful the entire time! My parents and I enjoyed the experience, and we will come again very soon.❤️ ( reviewed by a 9 year old) 💖

pathetic food,no taste and very limited options in buffet, mostly items were cold and tasteless. serving was equally bad, we have to get up from the seat to hv even glass of water. Don't waste your money spending here on food. there are so many good options available other than this. Will never ever visit here again. very bad experience and that on my daughter's birthday

Very disappointing experience at the Citrus buffet. The food was bland, lacked flavor, and nothing tasted good. For the price and reputation of The Leela Palace, I expected much better. Definitely not worth it.

The food was excellent but the service was horrible after calling a waiter we literally had to wait for so long for them to assist us and we even called the waiters 2 to 3 times
