we had an amazing day at citrus trail..the food ws delicious ,not expensive ,drinks were great.The staff was super friendly and supportive..a must visit place for a day off from city run of the mill restaurants!

RECOMMENDED EARLY MORNING, RAINY SEASON!! This farm based restaurant located at about 1.5hrs from Bangalore (mostly city ride) is best experienced during early morning in a season when the rain has started blessing the earth. The last few KMs are through a forest area and look great with the misty vibes of early morning rains . The property itself is lush green with coffee and other trees and many beautiful flowers. I did go again during February but the experience was not as good as when I went in Aug-Sep. The property works on time slot based bookings especially during weekends and you need to pre book sometimes a week ago for the early slot. While you are at the location you would be bombarded with many rules and warnings, which while I hope are with right intentions, can feel rude and unwelcoming. Coming to food, as we go for breakfast, I would mostly talk about that Continental American Breakfast (4/5)- Well, the breakfast spread is comprised of a few pieces of bread, Jam, butter, mushroom, couple of hash browns and a centre dish of Egg bhurji/Paneer Bhurji, sausage, baked beans and a salad. Coffee (5/5)- Inhouse coffee, this is really good and must try Burger(4/5) They have many other dishes ranging from Parathas to Upma/Poha, Chole Bhature etc to try from. Post which you can take a stroll at the property. Parking is available and they charge a redeemable entry fees. Ohh and beware of the monkeys if you sit outside, they may not be there everyday but visit sometimes. Follow us for tips and updates from exciting new places every week, and dine/deliver from tried and tested restaurants

The place is great. Ambience is superb as it is inside a farm. However ,after taking a lot of time to reach the food was not at all satisfying. All the dishes are below average.

its a bad place overall. may be during rainy when the leaves are all green one might feel good about ambience. i came during feb and its all dust everywhere. the food is very very average. ordered 8 diff items - liked only 1, the rest were either average or bad. overall nor the ambience neither the food was good. its basically an overhyped place

The proprietor/manager would bombard you with rules and warnings. Would be extremely unwelcoming. There are a hundred rules and warning under each rule on being thrown out of the property. My dignity is more important than being on a confused farm posing as a restaurant. no thanks. Stay away

Extreme bad service ! Pathetic response..They didn't have more than 60% items available. All soggy, cold and bad food. We had to come celebrate my husband's birthday..Rude staff.. Delay in getting the food to the table No view is worth such a bad experience

Worst experience after long drive, if you are driving for 1.5 hours, choose somethings authentic. Staffs are arrogant and food taste are way beyond expectation. Same taste for all different items
