A friend of mine was visiting Bangalore on work and he was staying in a hotel nearby. He wanted to go for a place where there is dinner along with beer. He was glad that I suggested this place, and to be fair so was I. Whatever we ordered was tasty, hot, and fresh. The appams were too good. Would love to dine here again and try out other items as well. A tad but expensive in my opinion, but really good food, beautiful setting, and a nice staff.

Such a tropical feeling, great ambiance. Been here during of a weekend all by myself, so yes, didn't order much. one of the staff recommended me to try the coconut mocktail (tender coconut water + honey + lemon) - wasn't that great though, but costed way more than actually tender coconut. it was Kerala style, so obviously ordered Egg parotta - which was decent enough. couldn't stuff myself, so got it packed which they did without much fuss. pricy, but understandable because of the location that it is in. Ambience: 4/5 Value for money: 3/5 Taste: 4/5

Appams were burnt. The chicken stew was below par - not worth the price. The waiters were in a hurry to serve and get done with it - the service was rushed. Been a regular to this place for well over 2 decades; for the first time we felt the place was over hyped and not befitting the money spent.

very poor service they run the place like a tea shop. The waiters are only interested in getting a tip and adding to the bill. The food was good but if they don't change their attitude sooner then later they are going to be history.

This place lost its charm over the years… once it was a great place to hangout. They were not happy when I just ordered beer, they stood next to me until I ordered one starter., but I never wanted to order any starters as I was happy with just beer… After much hesitation I ordered fish, and it was not nice… too much oil, no spices, fish quality was not nice…. They charged me ₹700 for that fish, now I understood why they insisted me to order starter, they wanted to make quick money… Please avoid this place.. they are too many nice places in church street.. don’t waste your money here like how I did….

One of the worst overrated restaurants on church street. Service is phethatic. Not just over rated, its also over priced. I went there for lunch with my wife and son. over crowded and the service was so bad I had to cut short my orders. I had to ask for each and every thing, right from water glasses to tissue napkins to finger bowl. Food is average, Nothing special about it. The restaurant is highly overrated by maybe innocent tourists visiting church street for the first time. Please avoid this place. Not at all worth the price.

In Simple Pathetic..Expected that food was good with the high price mentioned,But it was utter waste.Never regretted like this after having food. The best part is supplier didn't even look to the table and while paying the bill he asks for "Tip".How people can go such low.

Food was simply pathetic, I have never had worse food than this. The gravy was watery with zero taste and that too for such expensive price range.
