Coffee is great, food and service were great too. Just the space is a bit small and feels like cramped up in the evening due to their popularity.

Explored this place for Sunday Breakfast after watching few reels on Instagram. Positives - Easy to reach - Good parking space for 4 wheelers - Very good coffee (I had Americano and my daughter had hot chocolate. Both were very nice) - Good food taste wise Can Improve - Service was not great. Our food came very late, and wrong :( We had to return it and it again came wrong :( - Place seemed very noisy and I could see many customers had to call for menu and bill many times. - Seemed costly to me

Chaotic Sunday morning, orders kept getting mixed up, breakfast platter was served cold with an awfully hard toast. Also, no tables allotted in spite of making a reservation in advance. Pulled chicken sandwich and Dark Chocolate orange mocha were great!

The coffee was good but they had used non dairy whipped cream on my mocha.. so it left a very bad taste.. since it's made of just oil and doesn't have any dairy in it.

Extremely disappointing experience. We were first served visibly unclean glasses and had to ask for replacements. Later, we found a hair in our Café Bonbon. While mistakes can happen, what was shocking was the complete lack of apology from the staff. The waitress was dismissive, and when we pointed out the issue, the coffee was still included in the bill. On questioning this, the supervisor claimed he couldn’t remove it because it would be deducted from his salary. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the staff became defensive and repeatedly insisted they had prepared the coffee properly. Cleanliness issues can be forgiven when handled with courtesy and accountability. Unfortunately, the poor hygiene, lack of basic hospitality, and unprofessional attitude made this one of the worst café experiences we’ve had.

The price point is definitely higher for the quantity and definitely lacked flavour. The cold brew was watery . The vibe and the ambiance was 10/10.
