Please have your team discuss how you manage Reservations. Customers have paid and booked time slots and look forward to seeing better table Management. But unfortunately it was mismanaged and it didn’t matter if we paid, booked or just walked in.. The food was excellent, service was amazing.

Except the taste of food everything else is on point. Excellent location, very courteous staff and very nice hospitality. But the food sucks🥲 none of the dishes was even worth completing !!

They got to fix the waiting thing. Despite paying for the cover charge and reaching the resturant on time, they kept us waiting on 2 occasions. We requested that we are with a 3 year old kid, but there is no one to respond. Also the petpooja link which shows the queue number is a sham, they keep changing it as per their convenience. Worst experience
