Visited for the Sunday brunch buffet. The spread was extensive, with a great variety of dishes across multiple cuisines, and overall the food tasted very good. However, the service left much to be desired. We've visited other ITC hotels before, where the service has always been exceptional. Here, it felt like the staff-to-guest ratio wasn't sufficient for the crowd. Used plates often remained on the table, and we had to call the staff multiple times to have them cleared. It's the small details and attention to detail that create a truly memorable experience, especially at a five-star hotel. For example, the sushi counter had wasabi and soy sauce available, but there were no small dishes to use them in. If sushi is part of the buffet, providing chopsticks on the tables would also enhance the experience. Similarly, towards the end of our meal, we wanted to order a drink from the cocktail counter but couldn't find any staff member there to assist us. The food quality was excellent, but improving the service and paying closer attention to these finer details would make the overall experience much more in line with the standards expected from an ITC property.

service was very bad . From the time we entered the main reception, we were on our own.. No one to attend us. We managed to find the Cubbon pavilion. We had to stand even though the seats were vacant with the expectation that someone would come and greet us. No, we had to go behind them and ask for the seats. We settled down, one of the staff came to pour water in our glasses by spilling it over the table and in a hurried manner, he lacked sophistication, and looked like a trainee. We were not briefed about the inclusions in the buffet. Overall a bad experience at ITC. The service is nowhere near hotels like Taj or Leela. The spread was lavish, but that doesn't mean the food was good. The starters were not refilled, in spite of informing the same in the respective counters. Even to pay the bill we had to call the staff and ask for the bill, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant at that time. Overall a very disappointing experience.

The food quality was quite average. I visited for the buffet experience, but it did not meet the standards one would typically expect from a five-star restaurant. In my opinion, there are several places in Bangalore that offer better-quality and tastier food at a more reasonable value.

The ambiance is good but the service was very bad. No one was there to attend, no one was these to take away the used places from the tables. I didn’t even have a spoon. The staff service made the experience very bad. Absolutely not expected such service from a 5 star restaurant.
