Had a very splendid time at ITC Gardenia and a very good service at the Cubbon Pavilion during breakfast by Chef Arushi who helped me out with customising my order and was very wanting to help me out without my order catering to my every need and request, the food was splendid and delicious, loved the variety of items provided.

We went on 1st Jan.We booked for Lotus pavilion then we chose to have the buffet from the Cubbon only which costs us ₹3000 per head. Ambience was good given ITC.There were some vintage paintings and themes which were good for the picture. For a Veg buffet there were lots of options and overall the taste was really good which hardly happens in the buffet. Samosa Chat was amazing We had Paneer Tikka,Dum sums,Noodles,Broccoli Cream something,Palak corn,Pizza(was Okish),Baby corn,4 types of salads like Corn . Lot's of desert the best one was Mango which got over and never came back. Overall it was a very nice experience,Yes it was very expensive but it's worth for some special day.

We took buffet, there were plenty of options. Quality of food was good, taste could have been better( for most dishes it was average,some were really good though) Also waffle, was hard as stone. The dishes were not re-stocked if emptied. Overall a good experience.

Very poor experience. Person at the billing counter was surprisingly rude and refused the discount on club itc membership with a response like "ask them". Didn't want to spoil the occasion so have raised a separate complaint.

on app it was showing 2500 per person for 2 it should be 5k but while bill i hv to pay 7670
