The manager was very courteous and the staff was extremely soft spoken and service was very good. The food was excellent especially the desserts. highly recommended and the easter buffet was good and the event for.kids was great over all great experience.

Loved the service given by Raju from Manipur. Good conversations and polite service. Hatti kaapi could be given as complimentary for the price paid :) instead of machine coffee

I was there for my husband’s birthday.. Honestly, I am never going to visit this place due to the bad experience.. people out there are hardly bothered.. They won’t even serve you water on time.. If u ask them plate they will say u can take it yourself.. If you ask them to clean the table, they will make face.. I wasted my money and time going there on special occasion.. I advise not to go there for any special occasions atleast..

The food was very underwhelming. Service was really good but the preparation time was long. We also ordered a mocktail and added tequila to it. We chose a specific tequila but they ended up added the most expensive tequila available running up the bill. Probably better to go for buffet option instead of a la carte.

The lunch buffet was an absolute disaster and a complete waste of money. For a hotel of this reputation, the food quality was shockingly poor. The veg options were pathetic and extremely limited, and the non-veg dishes were no better — the chicken had such a foul smell that it was impossible to eat. The desserts were a total failure — cupcakes and mini cakes were hard and stale, rasgulla and ice cream were unbearably sweet, and overall nothing tasted fresh or well-made. The buffet looked like it had variety, but every dish was lacking in taste, flavor, and quality. Honestly, it felt like they were just putting food out for the sake of numbers, not for guest satisfaction. We left feeling completely let down and cheated for the price we paid. I would strongly advise people to not opt for buffet options here — it is not worth your time, money, or expectations.

We went yesterday for the Sunday Brunch with very high expectations. We were highly disappointed Firstly, the food was cold, not upto the mark, the people at the live counters were very lost and took no interest in listening to us. The food served to us from the live counters such as fish and prawns were literally raw. Secondly, we all felt sick after eating the food, we had issues with feeling tired and diarrhea and severe gastritis we felt our money was all a waste with zero level of satisfaction. We did not expect this from a five star restaurant. Please do not try their Sunday Brunch.
