We ordered  Dinner on the 10th of Feb via Zomato, We ordered 2 Egg Masala, 2 Chicken Tikka Masala & 12 Kerala Parathas.  The only thing good was that the  food was delivered on time as we had opted for the on-time delivery or free offer.  The Rest of the experience was HORRIBLE....  The Chicken Tikka was VERY VERY SPICY with atleast a 100 small pieces of green chillies thrown into each portion of the dish, we had to throw away both the dishes as it was absolutely inedible.  The Egg Masala was also spicy but edible with many green chillies which was slightly bigger in size and could be removed and eaten. The Kerala Parathas was anything but Kerala Parathas, they were more like plain half cooked maida rotis that were given to us. We complained to Zomato about the food along with a photograph of the chillies served in one serving spoon of the gravy but they just washed their hands off and said sorry we cannot do anything and if required please give a write up of the restaurant.  We told the Zomato agent that since we had ordered from via them and paid them for the order that the same should be taken back  and cancelled. Well as expected, the Zomato agent said sorry we cannot take back the food and neither can we offer a refund.......  Its SAD that Zomato is marketing a restaurant with such inedible and lousy food just to make their commission...  IT'S REALLY DISAPPOINTING...

Very band service no value for the money no customer satisfaction r food is very worst thing order for a Hot & sour soup but they have given me veg mancho soup veg i saw the cash 2day before i said the food was not gud but u PPL give us same service i would not recommend this place for any 1 of my frnd management kindly look in into asap r eles u will loose ur customer kindly plse change the respicse of soup

I visited the restaurant and ordered tandoor chicken, very very bad experience. The chicken was become coal like wise they roasted and the chicken also not fresh one. I thrown complete chicken into trash, I wasted my money don’t get cheated guys by the restaurant grand looking and lighting.

Worst I ordered for 2428₹ in that I not received 2paneer tikka masala costly 272₹.they are not refund amount and not even giving refund amount to Zomato acct.i want to claim on this restaurant.

Ordered chilli chicken. The chicken was old and hard... It seems they delivered the old stock of chilli chicken. Initially the quality was good. Now hopeless...
