Eventually I've haven't got a chance to be there but yes the experience sitting far away was really nice. Thanks to the people behind the scene specially Durga, Sagar, Pooja and the unsung heros #Chef's. It was my niece's 3rd birthday so we planned to have a cake on the theme of Boss baby. So I approached Durga (the girl with the never ending smile 😊) for getting the things done and yes they did it so well. Everyone liked the cake design and it was so yummy. Pooja has helped a lot in getting it delivered in time and she did it well. Keep up the good show guy's, ű all are true HEARTIȘT.

This is novotel, sarjapur junction, bakery shop. I bought a stollen from them at a charity event. It was absolutely authentic and fantastic. I have never had anything similar outside germany. Full of nuts and raisins, a buttery taste and the required butter soaked layer of powdered sugar. Absolutely not to top! Christmas specials are available in delice now. There's yule log apart from the stollen aswell as other national bakery treasures from the western side of the world. Go: when your (xmas) cake tooth itches Don't: in a desi mood

A pastry outlet in a five star hotel that offers pastries and breads at highly pocket friendly prices yet extremely rich in taste and texture. Loved being here. The Opera and Mudpie cakes are love. Gaurav and Madhav helped me get the right choice

amazing quality of food. and great bakery to go to and order from mr. ankan banerjee of delice was extremely helpful and courteous. he answered all my questions and guided me in my choices. thank you.

Had ordered sour dough bread from here and it was delicious. One of the very few bakeries who make sour dough bread and that too in just a day's notice. Thank u Delice. Truly relished it.

I came for a quick catch-up with a colleague and was just looking for a cup of coffee and maybe a quick bite. Delice is right in the middle of the noisiest lobby, has - I couldn't care less attitude service staff that'll take 20 mins to even acknowledge that you'd like to place an order and to top it all, the place is below average even for a cappuccino. Disappointing beyond words.

Slow service, food below average, chicken manchurian had to be returned as it was very hard to cut, pizza was way below standard. Food quality has consistently reduced
