It is indeed an exotic fusion offered at Dev Sagar on VV Puram which itself is a foodie's paradise. Dev Sagar is a known name for its street food recipes. This Rasgulla Chaat had Rasgullas as the base and a complete chaat preparation with curd, green & red chutney, boondi, beetrot & carrot julienne, anaar seeds and chaat masala. The Rasagulla chaat here is a must must must try. The cold dahi and Rasagulla with the spicy chutney crunchy sev everything makes this one of my favourite chaat dishes ever 😍
