Visited on a Wednesday night post movie and this place was deserted and so I got a table. Ambience is decent and the menu is also pretty good. Not worth visiting in peak hours on weekends.

The service is very slow, had to wait for nearly 40 mins for food after placing the order. Staff was clueless about the order. Portions size are way too small. Best for 2 people only. So think and order.

The quality of the food was terrible, right from the starters to the main course. The chicken dishes were especially bad – poorly prepared, unappetizing, and definitely not what you’d expect from a restaurant charging buffet prices. The manager lied about the variety, there was nothing available as per what was conveyed. The dessert spread was equally disappointing. For a buffet, there should be a decent variety, but all they offered were tiny pieces of brownie, cheesecake, and some halwa which was made in oil or palm oil - you could taste the bad oil, Cheesecake being stale and had the same oily taste. What made the experience worse was that we weren’t even given the option to order à la carte and were forced into the buffet. On top of that, they added service charges to the bill despite providing no meaningful service whatsoever. Overall, poor food, limited options, and unjustified extra charges. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

it's was horrible , they did not have much options in beer, and when I asked for bottle beer they were out of stock for that as well , we ordered peri peri fries with the beer and to be honest it was not crunchy , it was hard , this is the first time we have left with having only 1 beer from any restaurant , and the beer tasted like sparkling water , it was nothing like the Budweiser premium ........and worst part the smoking zone is not outside on tables , it's a small little space where they have stored beer refils , we were scared to even smoke there , ..... i have worked for this industry but I have never seen any thing as bad as this before

They mention 25% discount and lure us into making a booking. Then they said 2400 cover charge over call so that we loose some of our discount. Over and above once we reach the restaurant and we have no other option they charged 4000 as cover charge costing me 1000 in discount. Clear fraudulent misleading of customers. No clarity about rate was given from the outset.

Pathetic experience. Had to wait for 1 hr to get single dish. Other dish was mentioned not available after 1 hr. Seriously need to work on service.
