The entrance has a beautiful waiting area with a lot of hand-painted nature pics. The reason why I choose this place was there book collection 📚I was there after booking my table but then they made me wait for 15-20 mins. The place is extremely crowded, ambience is definitely 4/5. Beverage , I ordered Salt carmal coffee 3.5/5, For Food : cheese ball 3/5, Desert: their signature chocolate pastry 5/5.

It’s a very relaxing space especially during evenings and rainy weather. The staff is excellent and are more than willing to accommodate requests. Food is good, had lamb burger and Italian roasted chicken pizza - both not the the best but absolutely bang for the bucks. Coffee is pretty great, really appreciate that they give milk and sugar syrup separately so that you can mix it to your liking!

Disappointed with the overall experience and I will tell you why! Food - we ordered the all day breakfast (French toast combo) very basic! The sausage was tad salty, the French toast was tad dry, the chicken patty burger was good! The caramel salted latte and macchiato was allright! Service - Is ok! I felt that they were not managed properly! There was no manger and the servers were just left on their on! Most of them looked uninterested and tad long faces! Ambience- Just go for the ambience, may be Value for money- Moderately expensive Oh and soo bad washroom hygiene! Water everywhere, cringe worthy dirty, no toilet paper! I don’t understand with these soo called artsy and pretentious places, why’s the basics are never in place. It simply shows their zero respect for the guest! Pathetic and bad!

Visited Dyu, @ 9.15 pm today for dinner , however service was crap, none of the staff was even interested in coming forth and servicing us even with water ,had to wait for 5 mins and then lost my patience and had to call he waiter for him to come and say use the qr code and place the order via qr. They seemed not to be bothered about customer service.
