Service is delayed, the food qty is very limited need to increase the quantity/portion for plate like starters with just 5 pieces of chicken for that price is not a good match

service was bad ,mutton sheekh was bad loads of chillies n only fat no taste of kheema it was horrible.yesterday they even cheated in peaces it was broken n small .tandoori chicken was too dry .sweet corn chicken soup only 3 peaces chicken not worst the price they charge.

We arrived at the restaurant at 11:00 PM and preferred to sit at the bar counter. Mr. Chandra was on his phone, and after calling him, he handed us the menu. He did not attend to us properly and informed us that food would not be served at the bar counter. After a brief discussion, he agreed to serve starters. When we placed the order for all items, the floor in-charge, Mr. Pawan, approached us. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and arrogant. He questioned us saying, “Why did you come at closing time?” Such comments are unacceptable in guest service. Staff members with this kind of attitude should not be interacting with guests. This experience was disappointing and far below expected hospitality standards.
