The service staff is completely clueless about the menu. Don’t expect them to know even the basics — like how a dish tastes or its portion size. They serve Rhino on tap, but when I asked whether it was available in 330ml or 500ml, the server had no idea. The same server even assured me of a 1+1 offer on drinks at 9:50 p.m., which I knew wasn’t valid at that time. Overall, the staff seemed uninformed and did nothing to create a good impression. The food, however, was good — as expected from the Hoy Punjab kitchen. But overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. P.S. - They will levy service charges and would push for it.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate Valentine’s Day, expecting a special and memorable evening. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve ever had. It took over an hour for our food to arrive. When it finally came, the entire order was cold and completely tasteless. No flavor, no freshness — just cold plates served with no care. To make matters worse, they messed up our order. After waiting 30 minutes already, they brought the wrong dishes. When we pointed it out, they took another 30 minutes to “correct” it — only to bring back food that was still cold and equally bland. Spending Valentine’s evening waiting endlessly for cold, flavorless food is unacceptable. There was no sense of urgency, no accountability, and no effort to make up for the mistakes. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this place.

we have ordered mutton rogan jos and rice along with our other starters. we could not eat mutton and rice so we asked them to pack it , these people while packing kept one piece of mutton how cheap these people are, it is not about one piece of mutton it is about the ethics. so sad that the restaurant employee are so down grade that the kept one piece of mutton. i will never recommend this place to any of my friend and I will never visit to this place again.

cocktail was a joke. even 2LIT could not effect me as it was fully ice Blocks with little juice. alcohol was not there. felt cheated. although only 2 tables were occupied the service took a long time. pathetic experience. not gonna visit or recommend
