Very bad customer service, they are taking forever to serve, multiple people takes order- one says it’s not available another one says it’s available then they gave 2 bills with 2 GST, and the waiter was shouting and mocking at me. Overall very bad experience never going back

worst service they don't even know how to treat the people .. such a racist by speaking only Hindi language and only doing the service for Hindi speaking people no respect for other language even english, kannada, tamil too.. service head also bad.

Obnoxiously low quality of food. We ordered Empire Special Chiken Kebab and got Chicken pakoda which smelt of old reused oil. Even the meat inside didn't taste like Chicken

Worst food never ever eat. Old chicken made a kebab and mutton is like week ago purchased by them. In case any food poison happened, will make an FIR

The food wasn't that great. Butter Paneer Masala was too sweet and had thin consistency. Naan was very crispy. Disappointing.
