While the food was good the beverages were inconsistent. The mango mojito which we liked and reordered again didn't have the same ingredients or taste. Rest of the food beverages were superb.

The place is constantly crowded, but the menu lacks transparency. I ordered the ‘Nutty Overloaded’ dessert, expecting a variety of nuts, but it was essentially just filled with peanut butter. When I brought it up, the chef insisted that’s the standard recipe. They really need to update the menu with proper ingredient lists, especially for common allergens like peanuts.

Completely unethical low-lives! Every time I order through Swiggy or Zomato, something or the other is messed up. Today I ordered boneless butter chicken and got butter chicken with only bones. I ordered grill chicken, and I got half cooked one, with all the masala flowing out. The rogues here didn't learn their lessons after the poisonous kabab story. but they are so shameless, they will never learn. so better to avoid this place like plague!

It has always been a good experience of having a meal at Empire Restaurant, but one specific outlet Hennur with such kinda service and behaviour does not feel good now. The waiter delayed and kept ignoring and later got an order we never wanted, but he didn’t listen while talking to others in between. While asking for a basic salad- onion, chilli n lemon- this is what i got, please let me know if it’s acceptable from a brand like empire
