staff is only focused on achieving the target. so they be like, "oh you only need this much? why don't u buy more?" Especially that manager in black suite from the north. like bro, if I want, I will buy more to eat but I can't eat. That's that. Don't give me looks like I can't afford it.

we came as a friends ok ok with the food . chandan service was good 😊 . need to improve the sizzler brownie with icecream 🍦 chocolate sauce not a quality for paying the money . it's not a complaint feedback to improve the products .

Had the pleasure of visiting Empire Restaurant in Jayanagar 4th Block, and wow… what an experience (not in a good way). The staff seemed to be on a mission to avoid doing their job. Out of everyone there, maybe 2–3 people actually knew how to talk to customers. The rest either acted like we were disturbing their peace or just stood around giving judgmental looks — as if ordering food at a restaurant is somehow offensive. Service speed? Impressive… if the goal was to test patience. Waiting 20 minutes for ghee rice is honestly an achievement. Not sure if it was being cooked from scratch or sourced from another city. Food was average at best nothing worth the wait or the attitude. The place either felt understaffed or full of people who had zero interest in working. Also, getting basic things like onion and lemon turned into a repeated request marathon. Had to ask multiple times before it finally showed up. Disappointed with the overall experience. Kept us waiting for 30 mins. After placing our order, we were surprised when another staff member informed us that it hadn’t been recorded at all. Following that, there was a clear lack of attention to our table. When we tried to share feedback, the person at the customer desk appeared disinterested and dismissive. It’s important for the staff to be more attentive and respectful toward every guest. Hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving the service.

02/02/2025.....Food was good.and service staff ,manager is very unprofessional,,,manager is rued behavior, and he was drunk, this date 📅 he doing 2nd shift.......very unprofessional.....I am not recommended this place......don't go with family......there service staff lack of experience, lack of communication,,very bad behavior manager.....he is thinking we don't know hospaitalaty,,,,I am not recommended this please that's kind of manager......@empire ❗️❗️❗️❓️❓️❓️

Foods was tasteless. Limited options because of gas shortage. First floor seating area was full of flies. Butter chicken did not have pieces properly blended into gravy. Daal was tasteless. We left more than half of what we ordered.
