Overhyped place. Average food. Service is too pathetic. Servers never listen and waiters (who take orders) are always busy on their phones, chatting with other waiters and avoid eye contact with guests. For placing an order, you have to hunt waiters. Ordered lime soda and grape juice before food. Came after half food was finished. Line soda was a glass of normal water with a hint of lemon and pinch of sugar, no soda fizz. Had to beg for onion salad 3 times and wait 10 minutes to get 1 small bowl of onion rings on our table of 6 guests. mutton korma was hopeless, nothing special found in chicken special empire kebab . You can get better kebab at any roadside biriyani shop.

The prices have increased and the quality and taste have deteriorated a lot from the beginning. Business booms and quality and taste goes unchecked.

i had a BMS coupon. but these guys told it's not applicable. the address was written on the coupon... but that's useless....

My recent experience was far from satisfactory. The service was unfortunately slow and inattentive, which added to the meal's disappointment. The dish I ordered was completely wrong; instead of chicken chili, they gave me pepper chicken, lacking both flavor and proper presentation. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the overall experience for future guests. Please improve your service.

shame on you, I've ordered one chicken biryani and served egg biryani, manager didn't take any action about that they just charged 185 bucks for egg biryani ,waste of money.

I paid for what I ordered and the delivery guy demanded for more money. absolutely not acceptable.. ps maintain... some decent delivary person. do not involve dowsing..

i had received a wrong order . ordered veg and received non veg. very bad service and they aren't picking up the phone or responding to my request. very bad service.
