its a very good restaurant in and around Rajajinagar wr are visiting from 5 yrs food tastes veryy delicious and the staffs are very friendly don't give a look to bad reviews its a must visit resturant alpham Chicken and fiery wings are topnotch ⚡

there are many peoplee to serve but none of the people are interested in work are they are completely clueless how to serve and take order i had to spean at least 25 mins before taking order and they dont know which is the food they are preparing

Guys, we have to pay more than 250rs for half a grilled chicken or alfam chicken from Empire restaurant. Instead of ordering from Empire, why can't you order from Lulu Hypermarket? You will get a full chicken for 380rs, the same order and more quantity from Lulu Hypermarket, and lots of attitude from the Empire restaurant staff from the Basaveshwara Nagar branch.

Very bad customer service service they denied to clean the table also the food was very raw I got stomach infection also they made us wait 10 min for the bill a total 0 empire Rajajinagar even informed manger about the issue they didn’t no resolve

Bad experience, Disrespectful waiters. they've added coffee powder to Sharjah shake and when questioned they tell us they usually add coffee in Sharjah. they didn't even allow us to talk to the manager.

very bad customer service, waiters are ill mannered, no etiquette to talk to customer. Food taste is waste, outlet is running just by name of chain. overall very bad experience, first and last visit.
