Enne needs to seriously look into their staff. They are very rude and doesn’t respect customers. Most of them staff are from north who doesn’t understand Kannada but the brand and their rules are a Kannada ones.

We went here for the first time, four of us. We felt something was off about the drinks. We ordered large whiskey and large rum for everyone. At the end of the day we all drank 7 large each. Yet we were only slightly buzzed. And the food was good but way too expensive. We spent around 17k just for the 4 of us. We downed more than half a bottle each but we were not even tipsy. Totally not worth the hype. Disappointed.

Extremely rude staff who completely ruined the experience I visited Enne today around 4 PM with a friend. We genuinely enjoyed the ambience and kept ordering throughout the evening because the food was actually good- props to the kitchen. But everything went downhill because of one staff member’s absolutely unprofessional behaviour. After spending hours here, ordering continuously and enjoying our time, a staff member suddenly walks up to us around 9:30 PM and rudely says: “Are you done? People are waiting.” Not a polite, “Would you like to order anything else?” Not even a simple, “Shall I bring you the bill?” Although we still had to order main course and drinks. Just a straight-up dismissal as if we were inconveniencing them by being paying customers. It was shocking, disrespectful and honestly ruined our entire evening. When a place positions itself as premium, the least you expect is basic courtesy. Food can be great, but hospitality matters just as much if not more. And today, Enne failed miserably on that front. Unless the management seriously trains their staff in how to speak to customers with manners and respect, I don’t see myself coming back and I’ll make sure others know as well.

The Enne is well-known for its great Kannada music, but the experience was let down by the management. When we asked them to increase the volume, they informed us in English that they couldn't do so because the neighbors would complain. ​People visit a this place to enjoy the vibe and the music without being restricted. If a pub enne cannot play music at an appropriate level, it suggests a serious lack of proper soundproofing. The management should invest in acoustic treatment rather than asking paying customers to keep the noise down. ​Furthermore, it was very disappointing to hear the management and staffs to very rude toward other customers. Using foul words is completely unprofessional and ruins the atmosphere for everyone. They need to improve both their facilities and their customer service.

Yesterday night, we went to watch the match with friends, and we ordered a few items. However, the bouncers and service staff kept pressuring us to order more food and were forcing us to leave the place if we are not ordering . The way they behaved was very unprofessional and disrespectful. They don’t know how to speak properly to customers or treat guests with basic courtesy.

Worst attitude — even with an almost empty place (hardly occupied), the cashier and team denied us a table. Probably they wanted to close early. With so many options in the area, avoid this place for God’s sake. They offered table Nxt to toilet ..

Walked into the restaurant on my birthday, expected a pleasant celebration and good Kannada songs. Unfortunately we ended up waiting much longer than expected to get seated and the music was not as per our expectation
