Food was good. But it used to take quite a long time to top up the items. we asked for a butter garlic naan and got a plain naan. Starter were limited. The with skin chicken starter had a raw smell to it. But the biryani and main course chicken items were good. Overall could have been a better experience. but none the less 7.5/10

fantastic service and food. we love to go there often.. buffet breakfast is super.The croissants are the best that they serve in town and waffles too. Try their Egg Mayo sandwich from al carte and grilled chicken with mash potato.

The food was delicious. South Indian spread was great. Service was excellent! Had the breakfast buffet here.. wonderful experience overall.

Came for Bouffet with family and friends. we ordere Pasta. We were served rotten pasta. It was smelling foul. The pasta was served at 2224h and complaint raised immediately. The duty manager did not come. Instead He sent his 2 juniors waiters one after other, the juniors reported that the manager ( praveen Kumar Employes Id: 1329) . He sounded totally ignorant of the complaint and was acting arr9gant and trying to outsmart. i had no intentions of raising the issue but it was the disappointing conduct.of manager , not befitting the brand Hilton. Never before had rotten food in any 5 star before. We have to trust latest FDA reports .

It was my husbands birthday so was asking them to have place separately. While the other side was empty. Because there was huge crowd . The servers and the managers were busy with the office crowd. Really not happy at all. Last year I had visited neo and it was amazing service by the staff. Expected the same but. They were busy on their mobile. I wouldn’t go back again. Food was average for the money paid. Neo had better options and service was at best. I will still go back to neo Hilton
