Fermentation stories is one of the best place if you're on the lookout for some amazing pizzas, calzones and garlic bread. The dough is soft yet crispy, ingredients taste fresh and is made to perfection. The staff is very polite and will always greet you with a smile. Don't forget to end your meal with a refreshing Kombucha. One thing to note is there is no seating or washrooms available. This is strictly outdoor. 10/10 would definitely recommend! 💯

The mushroom paneer slider is one of the best I've ever had. It is part of the trial menu, hope it is part of the main menu soon

Having heard rave reviews of this pizza place, we decided to drop in for lunch some time ago. We opted for the Verdure Pepperoncino and the Earthy Shroom, both of which were prepared right in front of us. The pizza was very fresh and nice, light and airy, though we felt the use of sauce and toppings could have been a bit more generous. Both the pizzas felt a bit dry to us. Also, the pizzas here come with charred edges - the box mentions it's a speciality - but we felt that didn't enhance the pizza in any way, it only made those parts bitter. We would have preferred no charring. The place is actually tiny, more of a pick-up place than a dine-in. There's a big tree near the eatery that people sit around and eat their food, and we did the same. However, it's quite disturbing with all the passers-by constantly walking around. Our paper plates, spoons and tissues flew away in the heavy wind there was the day we visited. 🙂 Putting up at least a few tables and chairs would help in a better dining experience. Overall, though, this place has a lot going for it, in spite of the small discrepancies. I would love to go back to try more of the food they offer, especially the sandwiches and desserts.

Grabbed a quick dinner at Fermentation stories in Koramangala, and we loved the sourdough base😍.. Tried the garlic bread, which was cheesy and delicious, followed by the mushroom aioli sandwich, which was a classic, well-made sandwich... Ended the meal with a seafood pizza, which was flavourful, but the sauce was a tad too runny... considering the fact that they don't have seating, it becomes messy to eat it... Overall, great taste and vfm! The whole affair cost us around 1000rs..

Visited Fermentation Stories on a Sunday noon for lunch, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the good reviews I had read. We ordered a half-and-half large pizza with Purple Power and Pesto Verdure. The eggplant in Purple Power was slightly raw, and the Pesto Verdure lacked flavor—the pesto sauce was barely there, and the broccoli was undercooked and tasted off. The Vietnamese cold coffee was disappointing as well. It tasted like regular instant coffee (possibly Nescafe) mixed with cold milk, without the condensed milk or roasted coffee beans that the name suggests. For the price, it felt overpriced and misleading. Additionally, there’s no proper seating—you either stand and eat or sit under a tree outside. Overall, the experience didn’t justify the hype or the pricing. Definitely room for improvement in both food quality and overall experience.

We had booked a table in advance on Zomato and received a confirmation, but when we reached the restaurant, we were still made to wait. The front desk staff was quite rude and not at all welcoming. Despite several empty tables around, they insisted there was no availability and gave no proper explanation. Eventually, after getting us a table, they asked us to leave in a short while — which felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. The service overall was poor, and the attitude of the staff made the whole experience unpleasant.

The restaurant has clearly mentioned timings, we came from far during the timings but while the place was fully staffed they said the pizzas were sold out (5:00 pm on Saturday) and we should come back later. Probably the strangest experience I have ever had.

They take random breaks during the day, during which they will not take your order and prioritize online orders. These break times are not mentioned anywhere. Classic example of good places getting worse due to quick popularity.
