Noticed this place while walking past it and just thought of giving it a shot and the experience turned out to be great. The pizzas - veg Mediterranean (and another veg one whose name I don’t remember) were great. Well done base, fresh veggies, tasty cheese. The ambiance was warm and conforming and the service was prompt and courteous.

Unforgivable Negligence – A Warning to All Vegetarians! I had the most distressing experience at Ferrara - Osteria Diner in Bangalore, and I feel obligated to warn others, especially vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions. I ordered a vegetarian pizza, trusting the staff to serve what I explicitly asked for. I finished my meal only for the staff to casually inform me afterward that they had actually served me NON-VEGETARIAN food! As a pure vegetarian, this was an absolute nightmare. This isn’t just a “mistake”—it’s a massive breach of trust, consumer rights, and basic ethics. Instead of being transparent from the start, they let me unknowingly consume meat and then conveniently admitted their blunder when it was too late. To make matters worse, they didn’t even charge us, which makes it obvious that they knew how serious their mistake was but thought that waiving the bill would make it go away. It does not. No amount of money can undo the fact that they violated my personal, ethical, and religious beliefs. If you are vegetarian, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. If they can casually misrepresent food like this, how can anyone be sure of what they’re eating here? This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I am taking legal action against them. I will be filing a consumer complaint and reporting them to the relevant authorities to ensure no one else has to go through this. A restaurant that disrespects basic dietary preferences, deceives its customers, and shows zero accountability DOES NOT deserve your business. 🚨 Avoid at all costs! 🚨

Terrible food and service. I went for breakfast, did not like the quality of food and overall service. Very slow, highly disappointed.
