⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star Review – Extremely Disappointing Experience. Visited Garden Woods Roof Top Kitchen with high expectations, but it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences with my team. The food served was frozen and cold, which is completely unacceptable. Many menu items were not available as mentioned, and there was no proper update provided in advance. Complaints were also not handled efficiently, and the staff showed a very careless attitude throughout. Only one person was managing the entire floor, resulting in poor service and long delays. They mentioned that both ASF and Garden Woods use the same kitchen, but it clearly felt like proper hot and fresh food was served at ASF, while only leftover or wasted food was being served at Garden Woods. Even after repeatedly requesting hot food, they would serve only one or two items and nothing more. Non-veg options were extremely minimal and seemed like leftovers, while veg options had almost no variety at all. The only positive aspect is the ambience. Apart from that, food quality, service, and management were all very poor. Definitely not worth the visit, please avoid and dont waste you money

The food quality is horrible. The ambience and seating arrangements were bad. The waiters have no clue about service. Starters, main course and desserts everything were bad. Only fit for doing low budget birthday parties. The location is great so close this restaurant and sell it to a person who knows about hospitality industry and can do justice.
