The ambiance, food, drinks, and service were good, I've been there twice. If you love Hindi and Punjabi music, you should visit on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Perfect for family, friends, and colleagues.

Place is very low on maintenance. Service is terrible & food feels like it’s bought from fridge. Staff was polite & did their best . But my over all experiment was below average.

I’m writing this with deep dissatisfaction after a very unpleasant experience. Every variety of food served was excessively spicy, making it difficult to enjoy any dish at all. There seemed to be no balance or consideration for different taste preferences.The staff appeared inattentive and completely puzzled when feedback was shared, showing a lack of professionalism and preparedness to handle customer concerns.What made it even more disappointing is that this visit was for a special occasion — a birthday — which had been informed in advance. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no effort from the restaurant to acknowledge or make the occasion special. Additionally, the hygiene standards were unacceptable, especially in the washrooms. The overall ambiance was equally poor — no music, no air conditioning, and only a few large fans running, which made the environment uncomfortable and far from relaxing.This is definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.

the waitress - MUSKAAN, kept speaking to a colleague nonstop while standing in front of my table to take order. attitude was so careless ARROGANT that i had to explicitly say to focus here stopping the chat with the colleague while taking orders. orders were missed. 1. water was asked twice, missed 2. lemon slice missed. 3. salt was asked, she didn't get. 4.Ice cubes was asked she again missed. 5. we called her out she was quarreling with someone twice i walked up to the bar to get it myself. We cancelled the order and left. AC not working so was running on one fan on first floor. visited on 4th April 3.05 pm. the place has lost its shine.

The place was extremely disappointing. It was covered in dust, and I had to ask the staff to clean the table before we could even sit. The cutlery was brought on a plate that had visible dirt on it, which was very off-putting. I had booked this place based on the pictures online, but the reality was completely different when we arrived. There were houseflies everywhere, food also was very bad too making the experience even worse. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I can’t emphasize enough how dissatisfied we were.
